We offer short- and long-term consultancy services in key areas, including health financing and universal coverage, costing of health interventions, economic evaluation, health equity analysis, health expenditure tracking, and health systems capacity strengthening.

Members of our team have consulted for the WHO and World Bank on health equity evaluations, human resources for health (HRH) assessments, and health financing analysis. We have experience in making the investment case for health to support health ministries and departments in their negotiations for funding with the finance ministry, bilateral and multilateral funding agencies, and other international health financing institutions.
