Acting as mentors, experienced researchers from CHEFSIA and others we bring from across the globe provide our mentees with tailored advice on everything research; from project design to obtaining ethics approvals, accessing secondary data from national and international organisations, collecting primary data, data analysis, and translation of research evidence into policy. In addition, our mentees receive advice on career development, succession planning, leadership advancement and work-life balance.
